Everything you need to plan your day.

Plan ahead or review past days with the date controls.

• Swipe left/right on the list to move between days.
• Tap the day title to open the date picker.
• Use Timeline to scan other days quickly.

• When sets the date. Time is optional.
• Use Priority to highlight what matters most.
• Use Permanent for recurring must-dos.
• Add an address to show a Directions button on the card.
• Tap a task card to edit any detail.

• Tap the circle to mark done or undo.
• Use the three-dot menu for Edit, Skip, or Delete.
• Completed tasks stay grouped under Completed.

Open tasks never get lost.

• If an Open task is in the past, it rolls forward to Today.
• Permanent tasks appear on the schedule you choose.
• Skip hides a permanent task for a single day.

• Notify + a Time sets a reminder.
• Notifications are available on Android only.
• Turn notifications on in Menu > Permissions (Android).

• Toggle List when you create a task.
• Use the Checklist button on the card to manage items.
• Changes sync automatically when you close the checklist.

• Use the AI tab or Say the day to draft tasks fast.
• Voice-created tasks are added to Today only.
• If you hit the daily voice limit, you’ll see a prompt.

• Manage your subscription in the app menu.
• Use “Restore purchases” if you switch devices.

• If tasks look out of sync, pull down to refresh the timeline.
• Confirm your device time zone is accurate.
